Do You Have Games On Your Phone
Heyyyyy everyone it's been another week. This week flew by but was also the most exhausting week so far. I did a lot of traveling and working with different missionaries in different areas. I fell asleep in lots of cool places. I'm getting super good at just finding a comfy position and passing out for like 30 mins. I saw lots of beautiful places, met kind people and got to know amazing missionaries! I've also been thinking a lot about Christ's grace this week but more on that later. The work is hard but the life is good.
EXCHANGES IN GUIMBAL AND TIGBAUAN
So this week Sister Francisquete had a leadership meeting and then exchanges. So for me that means that I worked with Sister Rascano for 2 ish days. The second day we traveled to Guimbal to help the new sisters there learn the area. The Guimbal sisters are Sister Dela Cruz and Sister Castañaga and they are amazeballs. Guimbal is a massive area and the people there speak Caray-ah but it is so so pretty.

We saw a caribou in the water. From left to right: Castañaga, Dela Cruz, me, Rascano
Some cute members we met in Guimbal!
LAKAT
(see pictures)
Lakat means walk in Hiligaynon and that's what we did a lot of this week. Obviously we always walk a lot but this week we did a lot of exploring areas which means we walked and walked. Here are some cool photos we took while walking.
This one is called "do you have games on your phone".
We met this cute family Sunday night! We were trying to explore our area and find a shortcut to one of our interested people and we ended up finding them! We gave them all photos of Jesus and we are going back to bring them bibles (but guess what- they're getting Books of Mormon too heh).
AREVALO DISTRICT SISTERS
We eat at chicken inasal after almost every district meeting!
GRACE
This week I've had to say to myself "girl chill". I can't be perfect. I'm not going to do everything right everytime. I can't be perfectly obedient everytime. Lots of people recommened the talk "The Imperfect Harvest" but I didn't actually get a chance to read it until this past Sunday and its real good. I know that I've written about this before but turns out I needed to hear it again. "Regardless of how insignificant our efforts may seem, if we are sincere, the Savior will use us to accomplish His work. If we simply do the best we can and trust Him to make up the difference, we can become part of the miracles that surround us." So good so good. Our "harvest" will never be enough. But thats the point. In Jacob 4:7 it says "Nevertheless, the Lord God showeth us our weakness that we may know that it is by his grace, and his great condescensions unto the children of men, that we have power to do these things." Christ's grace is enough. He already paid for our mistakes and now all he askes of us is to try anf be like him. Just try and then try again.
I love you lots and lots. I love my family and I love my savior. Now I have to go because Sister Francisquete and I forgot to pay the electricity bill hehe.
